Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Global Insured Shipping



Our Partners: We partner with premium carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure your masterpieces are delivered safely to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.



Full Insurance: Every shipment from Kiln Still is fully insured. Your investment is protected from the moment it leaves our kiln until it reaches your hands.



Handling Time: To ensure maximum safety, each piece is secured with custom-reinforced packaging (including bespoke wooden crates or high-density shockproof foam). Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.



2. Arrived Broken Guarantee

While we take extreme pride in our professional packaging, ceramics are inherently fragile. If your item arrives damaged:



Policy: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.



Requirement: Email clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to kilnstill8@gmail.com



3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be captivated by every piece of wood-fired art. If you are not completely satisfied:



Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.



Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity.



Return Costs: Due to the significant costs of international logistics and the high value of Dragon Kiln ceramics, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable import duties/taxes for non-quality related returns.



4. Unique Kiln-Altered Disclaimer (Important)



Natural Variance: Kiln Still is committed to 100% traditional Dragon Kiln wood-firing. The intense 1,350°C inferno and natural pine wood ash result, micro pores and irregular oil drops in unique variations in glaze color, texture, "kiln-sweat" marks, and crystalline distribution. The aforementioned phenomenon is a characteristic of the wood-fired dragon kiln craftsmanship, not a quality issue. Returns cannot be made on this basis. Thank you for your understanding

The Soul of Wood-firing: The photographs on our website represent the specific series. Slight differences in color or crystal patterns are not considered defects but are the "signature of the flame." By purchasing, you embrace the unique, non-replicable spirit of authentic wood-fired art.



5. Non-returnable Items



Custom-commissioned pieces (e.g., personalized art bricks or bespoke vases).



Items damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery.



Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.
