Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund total.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank's policies).
The final refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee.
